Important dependency updates

Hi devcert maintainers! Thank you for this awesome package! Could I ask you to upgrade some dependency versions that are no longer maintained and have real or potential vulnerabilities?:

• glob to latest version
  (And then you don't need @types/glob anymore.)
• rimraf to latest version
  (And then you don't need @types/rimraf anymore.)
• lodash (and @types/lodash) to latest version
• sudo-prompt to its replacement @vscode/sudo-prompt
