public groups not being properly retrieved from Backpack server

"No public groups exist for this user" despite having two public groups on my backpack page if non-public groups are present in a backpack.

Hi Zykez,

These sound like different problems to me. Did you configure the WPBadgeDisplay widget with your email address? It looks like your Open Badges ID is not saved.
