When selecting the "download repository" option, it shows the pop-up confirmation box which says asks if I want to download all portraits from PMDCollab, and mentions the size of the download being ~90MB. This is normal.
Then, after I click "Yes, Siree!" and the pop-up disappears, the orange download bar appears for only a split-second before disappearing, and then nothing happens.
