CloudFS Tool does not allow you to specify Win ACL Emulation/Extended Attributes preferences, always creates CFs with both enabled

Hey!

Basically, the title. This should be an option to set in CloudFS, as some customers have specific requirements that would prevent them from creating CFs with CloudFS as they cannot specify what options to create the cloud folders with currently, and converting CFs after creation is an intensive process. The tool currently creates all CFs with both options enabled.

All I'm asking for is 2 checkboxes (one for each setting) in the CloudFS tool page and to add it to logging.
