Yes, this is indeed a problem.
There should be a way to at least for the user to add their own custom fallback fonts.
But also egui is currently not good at rendering right to left scripts like Arabic, which might be more difficult to solve.
Although there is ongoing work to rework the text rendering in egui, which will hopefully yield fruits in the reasonably near future.

I added a way to add fallback fonts in 0.2

However, arabic rendering is still probably broken.
But feel free to try and tell me the results.

Arabic rendering might improve once egui switches to parley or cosmic-text for text rendering.
