Annos DB test/junk annotations should be removed.

Since we are in demo mode, let us try to

• create good annotations
• remove junk/test annotations.

Some annotations are on non-sense pages. But some are really on significant pages (i.e. Raika).

Please customize your Annotation options to Identify yourself. It will help in finding annotations in DB.
