The color of vertices are very dim

I am plotting the correlation of my input vs output, these are my observations:
The vertices from the nodes are very dim so i am unable to see what is connected to what, so how can i present this correlation btw variables in the research paper. Kindly address this issue, and for your web app add some analyzation for people to plot the correlation btw variables and other common things they can do with the tool.
