Currently is very specific to CorticoMetrics' THINQ/reTHINQ product line.
One thing to note is AWS Batch does not override the Docker container's ENTRYPOINT, so any additional command options/parameters have to be passed using as commands, or using environment variables. For example, if the user passes the Command -i test -o output using the AWS Batch interface, it will run:
entrypoint_command -i test -o output
