Wanted to go ahead with the most updated raspi-OS trixie, but the python version 3.11 install and build process is annoying. With bookworm, this wouldn't need to happen. Perhaps the reasons we needed 3.11 are no longer there, i believe it was a tensorflow incompatibility. so maybe check if the downgrade is still needed for trixie, if yes, test everything with bookworm, maybe switch requirement. if not needed, remove downgrade instructions
