For the feature test of the script, I think it makes sense to print the lines we print, for the most part. But when running the sagemic_local as a service, it's a bit overkill to print all the lines currently printed, like printing the output folder, the "recording has lon/lat, and the set_predicted_species_list_from_position. With EVERY 3 second inference chunk. Its just junk output. I think it should mainly log the processing audio chunk at... line and then the detection if it detects something. Maybe a singular line for if it created a new day folder.
