Typo: 'forth evaluation' or 'fourth evaluation'?

While going through the docs, I noticed this passage:

Stipend: A stipend payment will be released after the second and forth evaluation. Stipends are...

Is it supposed to be "fourth evaluation" or "forth evaluations"?
In either case, I think the wording can be improved.

I have located the line in the source code and am happy to raise a PR on receiving further clarity.

Also this:

It is synchronous in nature. Most collaboration is done via email, forum posts, mailing lists, and pull requests.

Shouldn't this be "asynchronous"?
