In the testing rig [we use `sleep 30`](https://github.com/commonknowledge/wordpress-starter-template/blob/main/.github/workflows/push.yml#L19-L20). A better solution is to use inbuilt Docker Compose healthchecks for working out when the MariaDB container is in a healthy state.
