Pin/Unpin icon becomes unavailable when DB Explorer pane is too small

Steps to reproduce:
0. Decrease DB explorer pane width to a minumum

1. Try hovering over DB nodes

Observed:
Pin controls are not visible anymore

Expected:
Controls should be available
