It's not clear how to adjust YTuner DNS Service fo use it for Denon DNP-F109 network player.
"Most important is to point *.vtuner.com domain to you YTuner machine and set all DNS servers on your AVR config to your YTuner machine IP address." -- how to do this for Denon DNP F109?

In general; all informations you needed are documented. I will help you to understand that, if I can.

The software is usable as is. My install script helps half automated setup.

The key thing is proper install of ytuner and the dns settings on your radio to a static setup.

Example:

1. use ytuner on a machine with a fixed ip address. Use dhcp ip address reservation or on the device you have ytuner installed.

2. set your radio from dhcp to static ip, then you are able to use the ytuner dns resolver.

your radio request then Denon.vtuner.com from the machine where ytuner is running. Then the ytuner application do the job Automatically.
