Add Scroll-to-Top Arrow Button in Leaderboard Section

Description

The leaderboard page can become quite long, especially when users browse through multiple entries or pages. Currently, users must manually scroll back to the top to access filters, search functionality, and navigation controls.

A floating "Scroll to Top" button should be added that appears after the user scrolls down a certain distance. Clicking the button should smoothly return the user to the top of the leaderboard.

Expected Behavior
A floating upward arrow button appears when the user scrolls down.
The button remains hidden when the user is near the top of the page.
Clicking the button smoothly scrolls the page back to the top.
The button should be responsive and work across desktop and mobile devices.

I had previously declined a similar feature mainly because the leaderboard now uses pagination, so on larger screens the page length usually stays manageable and the pagination/footer controls are already accessible near the bottom.

On mobile though, I can still see some value in this for quickly getting back to the search/tabs area. If implemented, I’d prefer keeping it mobile-focused and making sure the button fits the existing terminal-style theme well
