Goal
Deliver a small, trustworthy Observatory that collects public Bluesky reports, scores their evidence, stores provenance, and produces a useful review output.
Bigger picture
The project adapts CLTR's pilot method while showing how the pipeline can be operated safely. Bluesky is the live source because it provides a documented public API. Reddit remains an optional source after approval. The core path comes first. Recovery, privacy, and evaluation come before optional interface and deployment work.
