Resume can report Claude OAuth provider as unconfigured after slot projection

Problem

When a Claude SDK OAuth session resumes after account-slot selection, the stored credential may contain the selected access/refresh token at the top level while the provider-owned accounts pool is absent. OAuth preflight counted only accounts and routed the session away from the configured provider, producing Provider is not configured: claude-sdk-oauth.

Expected

A non-sentinel top-level OAuth credential counts as one configured account and preserves the selected model/effort during resume.

Implemented in the existing provider-pool repair line and tracked by Linear OLI-281. Existing PR: #1196. Local RED→GREEN: multi-account OAuth preflight failed before the selected-slot count fix (expected false to be true), then passed 9/9 after the fix.

OAuth preflight no longer counts only accounts. configuredFor in
packages/coding-agent/src/core/extensions/builtin/claude-sdk-oauth/oauth-login.ts
treats a non-sentinel top-level access/refresh pair as one configured
account, which is the shape shared credential rotation projects after
slot selection (accounts stripped).

Pinned by
packages/coding-agent/test/claude-sdk-oauth-login.test.ts
"check accepts a concrete oauth slot projected by credential rotation"
(sentinel projection still rejected). That keeps resume on
claude-sdk-oauth instead of Provider is not configured: claude-sdk-oauth.

#1196 is a broader remaining PR and is not required to close this issue.
