Azure dns_zones do not provide IPs

Azure/azure-sdk-for-go#583 has been tagged for investigation but this is somewhat a usability / API level issue.

This was created so we could use internal zones for the Azure #126

The point here being that they want to create Azure DNS Zones and then retrieve the nameservers and use them directly as their resolver. This is awkward today, because only the names are returned, forcing the user to resolve the name to an IP before being able to use it as the resolver. (Please correct if wrong, just wanted to summarize more)

we don't yet provide the capability to create private DNS zones.

It remains a high priority item in our feature backlog to support private DNS zones:
