• Name it MyCicadaHelper?
• Thing in upper right hand side so they can mark it.
• Allow someone to add notes so they can use it later.
• Make it a floating box in the upper right hand side of the screen
• Clicking it will popout to something larger.
• If they click a link, then it will take them directly to the page.
• The user will be able to remove notes.
• When they make a note or "bookmark" the page, it will make a note in the database.
• Need a way to differentiate between a pure bookmark and a bookmark with notes.
• Maybe something with a treeview...?
