NZBGet v23 compatibility

As a testament to how well these scripts work I am still using them to this day but the addon system has seen some changes recently

Whilst they still are compatible it would be better if they each had their own manifest for attribution and extension manager support.

Sanity check, is this planned?

Wow. Sorry I missed this.
I hadn't realized anyone had picked up NZBGet support and that this was still being maintained.

I myself don't have any active plans for these scripts, so happy to receive PRs, or you could fork the repository, or potentially I could transfer the project over to nzbgetcom....
