3D Voxel View

As spoken about we can do a 3D plot of the voxels with the colorbar for the strain.

No it's not excatly what he meant. But I am interested in this plot, what do you use? vtk/pyvista?

Well, this is in paraview, but It's reproducible in ordinary python
