Columns with unknown types are ignored without warning

If there is a ColumnType row, any columns with unrecognised type names will be ignored. This is ok, but we should explicitly warn the user.

Could perhaps add an "Ignore" column type, and silently ignore this, but warn the user on unrecognised values.
