Both the camera movements and animations seem to suffer from constant microstutter when framerate is uncapped. And it doesn't even seem like 60 FPS being duplicated. So the camera movement and animations look less smooth compared to 60 fps, you can notice that immediately if you toggle FPS cap back to 60 in the middle of the cutscene using external fps capper like RTSS, the camera movement and animations become smooth again when the framerate is capped back to 60.
This does not affect gameplay, where the framerate uncap works as smooth as intended.
