Part of #18
Opportunity
The cumulative semantic-intent review found that Shared Control eligibility and five-action mapping are derived in both bootstrap presentation and command submission modules. The behavior is currently green, but duplicated decision shapes can drift. Automated DOM interaction proof is also bounded to only part of the five-action union.
Explore
Determine whether one shared pure Control decision module can serve presentation and submission without weakening current-truth validation or creating a generic command framework. Add only the missing interaction proof that protects the complete Request, Release, Grant, Decline, and Take interface.
Constraints
- Service projections remain authoritative.
- Keep pending commands provisional until authoritative projection.
- Preserve current labels and pending feedback unless Designer review supports a UI correction.
- This is not authorized implementation work until explicitly selected.
