Subject: [PATCH] Remove Claude Code review GitHub Actions workflows

The CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN secret is rejected by the Anthropic API
("Your organization does not have access to Claude"), so every run of
these workflows currently fails. Removing them until the auth path is
sorted out.
