[REQ] Ability for unassigned chores

Problem or use case

The first to complete functionality is great, but it does cause task list to become cluttered when listing all household tasks. The attached screenshot demonstrates this. Many of the tasks marked as 'first to complete' will not be completed by this child and seeing them could be overwhelming.

Proposed solution

It would be great if a chore could be created as unassigned and have a separate card that would allow either admin assignment or a user to claim the chore. The chore should also be able to be marked complete with the ability to select the user that completed the task.

Additionally, the ability to create simple 'ad-hoc' chores from the dashboard and assign them would be benificial.

Expected outcome

Decluttered task lists for users and better ability to manage tasks that may be completed by different people each time.

Several new features for sorting and filtering chore types as well as the ability assign and unassign when you like.

One key feature you might be interested in is the pref_include options in the dashboards if you want more flexibility than just labels. In your case, you would do the following:

• add labels to those shared chores called "household_chores"
• in the pref_ options of each user chores card, exclude the label "household_chores"
• create / copy a separate chores card or tab for that user and use the pref_include_label setting that to "household_chores"
• Now that user has their normal assigned chores but can also separately see those household chores.
