Hi there!
First off, we use you software in our church and it works amazingly. It has allowed us to have multiple iPad’s connect, and Bitfocus companion as well to run some automation on the sound desk. We love this software.
This isn’t an issue, but more a feature request. We would love to be able to use the web browser part of the app with our band and singers on stage and by doing this it would really shorten our time to do sound check, as currently we go around with an iPad to everyone individually to do their inears.
Our only concern is that if you’re on the network, anyone can access anyone’s Inear mix (Aux). We would love it if it were possible to have the ability to have a login screen that once you confirm who you are, it allows you access to certain Aux’s to be able to control.
It wouldn’t have to be an incredibly complicated system, but it would help us quite a bit.
I have a small bit of coding knowledge myself, but my main knowledge is Python. And the code is too long for ChatGPT to actually be able to do anything. So, I haven’t been able to make it work myself. If it’s possible to make this change, that would be amazing!
Let me know what your thoughts are around the idea as well.
