Please add ubuntu26.04 as a base.

Impact Rationale

As a subordinate charm, aproxy needs to match bases with the principal charm. Some charms are moving to being used with 26.04 only, so to maintain compatibility, aproxy also needs to have a 26.04 base release.

Playing around with this, it doesn't seem like simply adding the 26.04 base is sufficient. The nfttable rules fail to apply due to kernel modules not being loaded.

As a workaround, I went into the machine and manually loaded in the necessary modules.
