Description
When a meeting is rescheduled, the original Google Meet link is removed and replaced with a Cal Video link.
After rescheduling, the meeting location changes to:
Cal Video: https://app.cal.eu/video/...
The original Google Meet link disappears completely.
We tried fixing this manually by using Edit location, but the Cal Video link cannot be removed or replaced with another link. The Cal Video link remains in the event, and the Google Meet link is lost.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a booking with Google Meet as the meeting location.
Confirm that the Google Meet link is generated correctly.
Reschedule the meeting.
Open the updated booking or calendar event.
Check the meeting location.
Actual Result
The Google Meet link is removed and replaced with a Cal Video link.
The Cal Video link remains in the event and cannot be removed or changed via Edit location.
Expected Result
The original Google Meet link should remain attached to the meeting after rescheduling.
Alternatively, the meeting location should be editable so the host can remove the Cal Video link and restore or add the correct Google Meet link.
Impact
Clients lose the original meeting link after rescheduling. This causes confusion and may lead clients to join the wrong meeting link.
It also creates manual work for the host, who needs to send the correct meeting link separately.
