I am afraid that currently it is hard to distribute iOS applications in Russia. You can not just build an application file and send it via telegram or something. For that purpose the developer is forced to be a paid apple developer ($99/year) to publish his application in AppStore , but payments via bank accounts registered in Russian Federation are prohibited.

Currently waiting for Gouverment to punish Apple for not allowing the RuStore to be published in AppStore. Since it is published, the global goida will be achieved and all our android apps will be ported to iOS
