Zen Focus works differently compared to other mac apps in that when we click the red x on the window. It closes the window and the app too. Many times, I've found that I accidentally click on (X) when I mean to leave the timer running, but only close the window.
I'm not sure how much effort it will be in order to change the behavior to be like other mac apps, where you have to go to 'ZenFocus -> Quit' to really quit the app.
Instead, it would be nice if when the user clicks on (X), the app asks for a confirmation.
"You have a running timer. Are you sure you want to quit the app?" with Yes & No buttons.
