Feature Request: Substitutions

I love the simplicity of the editor. Not sure if it's possible, but it would be great to have basic text replacements like “smart quotes”, "—" for "--", etc.

Thanks! I hadn't bothered with these since they're not used in standard manuscript format, but it's a reasonable request, so I'll put it on the list for future improvements.
