(Not a bug i think) maybe add compatibility for quark / quark oddities

The quark mod adds a enchanting matrix its a overhauled enchanting table, can you make the extended reach work with this enchanting matrix feature?
Playing on:
Minecraft 1.20.1
Forge 47.4.10
Quark 4.0-462
Quark oddities 1.20.1
BEER 1.4.2
Steps to replicate:

• install Quark + BEER + quark oddities on 1.20.1 forge 47.4.10
• create a new world
• place a enchanting table (It will turn into the enchanting matrix)
• place bookshelves outside normal enchanting table reach
• watch how the enchanting martix doesn't reach those bookshelves

Jade can help you see how the bookshelves outside the normal reach don't affect the enchanting matrix
