Group sources of a backup

It is nice to add multiple sources in a single config file; but having a single snapshot for each of them "breaks" the idea of a single backup. For example, when I backup my immich instance, I end with 3 snapshots: one for docker config, one for media files, and one for database dump.

I agree that the cols could be organized better. Not too much thought went into this yet. I'll work on this today.

You can already combine paths and DB dumps into a single snapshot, if you want.
