Possibility to `seek` an audio file

I would love to have a possibility to seek within an audio file, best case scenario would be to have a method to seek to a timestamp / timed position. Would this be in the scope of this library or could you give me a hint on how to implement this?

It is not perfect though. When seeking there would sometimes be a high pitch noise. Might have something to do with the coarse seeking mode. Not entirely sure.

Some questions/thoughts for an implementation:

• I think its reasonable to put a seek function on Sound. Some adapters do not make sense with seek though. Maybe those adapters just return an error if seek is called. Maybe its better to not put seek on Sound and just have it on individual decoders Sounds that support it. In that case we probably want a way to access them more easily.
• Should we support Symphonia's Course/Accurate seek modes or just do Accurate?
• Some sounds it does not make sense to seek on or it is not supported. Should we have an is_seekable that returns if a Sound is seekable? Does it return a Yes/No/Maybe since I am not sure we know if all Symphonia files are seekable?

First I would like to thank you for taking the time (despite having any) to answer my issue. I'm in a similar situation (too many projects, too little time).

I would love the is_seekable in general but I think it may fall short on remote media. Perhaps it would be a good idea to implement seekable as a list of TimeRanges, like in WebAudioApi.

If it is empty, you can't seek at all, if it contains items, you can seek to the covered timestamps. This would also prevent having to handle errors on unseekable files. Just another thought.
