in [TETR.IO](https://tetr.io), 1F = 1000/60 ms. it's unclear what 1x SDF is but i believe we could use default gravity settings as a reference. i think these units should be accessible with a toggle, plus the handling `prompt()` should be able to parse ms/F suffixes
