Currently, the bottom of the profile picture is too close to the buttons. In general, the buttons take up more space than necessary. I've seen on some sites that the buttons will be in a box that'll automatically scroll. I have enough buttons to do some form of this, and it could probably fix all the issues I have with the buttons.
Maybe use button boxes from here?
