Consider integration with VS Tools for Apache Cordova + Webworks

There is a Visual Studio 2013 plugin for Apache Cordova that allows HTML5 development for Android, iOS and Windows Phone.
It should be possible to extend this to support deployment to BlackBerry 10 using a combination of this plugin and the WebWorks codebase.
This would be a pretty big scoop for anyone looking to target 4 platformsd from a single codebase...

Could you point me to any details, how to extend Cordova's environment? I have never used it before, nor the WebWorks.
