The dashboard page should have more interesting stats

Currently, the dashboard page is a bit lame

The "gems to give" column is useless.
Instead, I would add those three columns :

• The person who was given the most gems from the current person
• The person who gave the most gems to the current person
• The number of gems received during the last week
