Feature Description
When running /checkbanned, it should prompt you for an Id, when an Id is provided, it should search all guilds that the bot is in, and subsequently should check to see whether the bans check is enabled for that guild, if it is and they are banned, it should return the name of that guild, similar to checkmutuals.
Feature Considerations
- There must be a config option for users to toggle to be able to enable ban checking in their guild
- The command must have permissions

So many times people are asking whether X is banned in X, with this, users would be able to see whether someone is banned in any of the guilds attached (With permission from the Administrators)
