Initial time parsing

1. Initial time parsing seems to run on and off depending on start/stop. Actions to check:

• type initial value
• start
• change value in input
• stop
• change value in input
• start
  You will notice various inconsistencies in repeating steps above

2. It would be nice if the plugin would support redmine's time formats (i.e. 5h20m), for the time log input field, as the users have a hard time dealing with fractionary hours
