For the purpose of client handoffs, it would be helpful to have some kind of build process that would let us export generated HTML, CSS, and JS. Although [this repo](https://github.com/cimex/static-sinatra) hasn't been updated in a while, it may provide some clues as to how we could approach this via Rake.
