Implement Argo CD health checks for VolSync custom resources

Describe the feature you'd like to have.
I would like Argo CD health checks for VolSync custom resources to be added upstream.

What is the value to the end user? (why is it a priority?)
Currently ReplicationSource and ReplicationDestination resources managed by Argo CD are marked as healthy even when the underlying child resources (service account, role, role binding, persistent volume claim, etc.) have not reconciled successfully. If health checks are added, quality of life for VolSync + Argo CD users would be greatly improved.

How will we know we have a good solution? (acceptance criteria)
To be discussed. Not sure yet.
