BAAUser handle create account

Wouldn't it be better if BAAUser class has a method to create account? this would make the structure highly cohesive as already the class has method to login and logout.

Sure. Only requirement: it has to be a class method :)

where createdUser is exactly the same as [BAAClient sharedClient].currentUser
