[Bug]: Job name doesn't expand when GUI is resized

Describe the bug

When expanding the size of the GUI, the "Job Name' never fully fills the column. If you have a long Job Name, the user will not see the full name of the job, but instead the first 40-45 characters followed by ...

Expected behavior

The full Job Name should be visible when expanding the GUI window.

Current behavior

The full Job Name will not appear in the Jobs section of the GUI if it is over 45 characters.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open File Mover Express
2. Start a transfer, ensure or make the Job Name more than 50 characters in length
3. Expand the GUI horizontally
