W3 Total Cache is not available after fresh install #52
I installed the master template with the latest version of WP and php 7. I didn't understand why is not available W3 Total Cache plugin as written in the README.md https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-refarch-wordpress/tree/d2b1c38cc0b0255e171360cb594415dcec6e58b9#setup-w3-total-cache
