SD38.93: 6x2 Acey Deucey from Triple Waves

We know that SD nicely handles 6x2 Acey Deucey from 1/4 Tag Spots and H spots. But apparently it does not handle 6x2 Acey Deucey from two other plausible (and related) cases of Triple Waves that fit the CALLERLAB Advanced Definitions because there are clearly two dancers nearest flagpole center and six dancers on the outside that can Circulate as least as well as the Outer 6 in 1/4 Tag Spots.

First example:

I observe that SD currently has no problem with Very Centers Trade from those same Triple Wave formations. However, it does not know how to do Outer 6 Circulate. I will file a separate bug report for that.

As mentioned on #82, I don't believe "outer 6" should involve phantom spots without the use of a phantom-invoking concept. I wouldn't know how to dance this as a dancer, so I don't think SD should allow it.

As with #82 , I had no intention of involving phantoms in the Outer 6 Circulate. Maybe you were thinking that by "Circulate" I necessarily meant circulating within the 3x4 grid, but there are other kinds of circulates appropriate for use with 6x2 Acey Deucey, some of which are illustrated in the Advanced Definitions document. For example, the Outer 6 in an Hourglass, Point-to-Point Diamonds, or Quarter Tag Spots with Outsides in Mini-Waves have Circulate paths that do not fall within a grid—and note in particular that in the case of Point-to-Point Diamonds there are two pretty large gaps in the Circulate path that are much larger than one dancer spot (which fact may be relevant to judging whether the Outer 6 in an OX can Circulate).
