Restyling figures

Latest notebooks for chapter3 has nice big figures, we should use similar styling to those for the rest of the notebooks.

Most of the chapters have figures that are too small.

chapter8: linreg with errors have different figure styles, with headings, they should also be changed to use something similar to the rest of the notebooks
