Execution tracking (epic) for the lore-overlay roadmap (ADR-093: intent lives in the corpus, execution here).
Intent (corpus): rac/roadmaps/lore-overlay.md — graduated out of future/ by ADR-100 (merged via #320), which ratified the gate the item was recorded behind: the desktop capture host is a committed product direction, aimed at non-technical knowledge owners who will not author through MCP servers, harnesses, or agents in Slack. Tauri v2, cross-platform from the outset (macOS + Windows first-class in the initial release cycle, Linux deferred); admin-provisioned deployment (an administrator configures gateway, GitHub App, and target repo once — ADR-088 pattern; the author only ever sees hotkey → interview → fidelity confirmation); own rac-overlay repository per ADR-092; the two-gate write model is non-negotiable (ADR-077, ADR-065) and the engine stays AI-free (ADR-002).
The staging spike (lore-overlay/ in this repo, PR #202) validated the two-gate capture core behind trait seams and is the extraction seed.
Initiatives (each a sub-issue):
Not release-gating for the July rac-core train — product work proceeds in its own repo once extracted; only the extraction touches rac-core.
Ordering and task state live here; the roadmap remains the durable record of what and why.
