0.9 Release

There's quite a few features on master which I'd like to pull into my projects downstream but which aren't yet released.

Would it be possible to create 0.9 release any time soon?

Just in case, it will be nice if these are addressed before the release: #307 #308 #309

And perhaps this #303 (untested personally).
